Somerly P&C Special Meeting
This special meeting has been called to address pressing matters which have a deadline prior to that of our next general meeting of the P&C.
This special meeting has been called to address the following:
1. Urgent financial Motion to contribute towards reducing bus fees for;
a) Year 5/6 Student Swimming
b) Year 6 Yanchep Caves Excursion
2a. Motion for Somerly P&C to commence use of the cloud-based accounting software "Xero"
2b. Financial motion to pay the monthly subscription required to use the "Xero" accounting software platform.
3. Motion to create a Cultural Responsiveness Subcommittee
